Woodside grad contributes to Virginia State's basketball victory
Kevin Wiggins, a 6-foot-7 sophomore forward for the Virginia State University men's basketball team, scored three points, pulled down a rebound and blocked a shot in the Trojans' 71-67 victory over Fayetteville State University on Thursday, Feb. 9 in Petersburg.
Wiggins, a 2010 graduate of Woodside High School, is from Newport News.
