Newport News Police Department incident report, Sept. 29

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 29:

Adam S. Rogers, 20, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:49 a.m. on Crescent.

Elijh X. Swan, 28, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 9:22 a.m. on Roanoke Avenue.

Gregory V. Parrott, 44, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense at 1:21 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Latoya D. Brown, 32, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding at 2:27 p.m. on 41st Street.

Stephen A. West, 30, was arrested on charges of grand larceny at 2:48 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Christopher E. Moore, 42, was arrested on charges of domestic assault with a deadly weapon at 3:45 p.m. on 54th Street.

Lucious B. Wingate, 55, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 4:30 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

An instance of leaving the scene of a crime was reported at a bar or night club in the 16900 block of Warwick Boulevard on Sept. 29, according to the Newport News Police Department. The report, No. 201207802, came from beat 33 in the north precinct (report area 125). The case is under further investigation.
