Newport News Police Department incident report, Oct. 3

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Oct. 3:

Joseph A. Green, 27, was arrested on charges of failure to comply with a court order at 12:33 a.m. on 25th Street.

Glenn R. Lanford, 23, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 4:40 a.m. at the intersection of Shellabarger Drive and Warwick Boulevard.

Chantel M. Richards, 21, was arrested on charges of assault at 8:35 a.m. on 26th Street.

Najalah D. Scott, 28, was arrested on charges of pickpocketing at 1 p.m. on 26th Street.
