Newport News Police Department incident report for Nov. 27

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Nov. 27:

Marvin L. Maddicks, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of firearm while carrying illegal drugs at 2:25 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Arete N. Rudolph, 25, was arrested on charges of alcohol safety program violations at 8:51 a.m. on 26th Street.

Justin D. Boesen, 21, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in traffic court at 9:04 a.m. on 26th Street.

Junious P. Bartlett, 34, was arrested on charges of violating an emergency protection order with a deadly weapon at 9:07 a.m. on 26th Street.

Melissa M. Skipwith, 28, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor violation of probation at 12:46 p.m. on 33rd Street.

Charlie C. Banks, 25, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 12:48 p.m. on Randolph Road.

Jasper A. Moore, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 12:53 p.m. on Randolph Road.

Kenneth J. Hart, 24, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 1:45 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Deandre D. Dabney, 19, was arrested on charges of Remove at 2:55 p.m. on 26th Street.

Andrew L. Thacker, 26, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor violation of probation at 2:55 p.m. on 26th Street.

Eric J. Hubbard, 36, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 3:46 p.m. on 25th Street.

Aaron L. Martin, 23, was arrested on charges of Remove at 8:57 p.m. on 26th Street.

Dominique L. Ward, 22, was arrested on charges of Remove at 10:32 p.m. on 26th Street.
